From My Side of the Mountain

May is here and I am feeling the heat of summer again. It is good for my kids as they coughed and sneezed through this winter as I was trying really hard not to get sick myself. I wish I had an air conditioner but since the heat is tolerable around here, I don't think it will become a necessity.

My favorite thing to do is read (while sipping iced pepsi) all the books that have been sitting on my nightstand for months. I I start telling you what books are there in that pile we'd have to have 24 months of summer to allow me time to read all of those! With two demanding kids I don't think I would ever have the energy to do anything I like for a long time.

My 3 yr old would be finishing off writing her alphabets from a-z (she has done till t now) in a few days or may be tomorrow. She already knows how to write till 70 and everyday makes me feel proud of her. Between her and my little son, I am in heaven right now :)
